Collaborations with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organisations

In accordance with article 18.2 supplementary rules, of the Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry, pharmaceutical companies should provide to the Code of Practice Surveillance Unit, as soon as they become available, the link to the webpage where the Transfers of Value made to Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations are published.

The information will be disclosed openly on each company’s web page, within the first semester of each year, and will include the Transfers of Value made during the previous year.

The list showed below include the links, to each company´s public web page, where that information is published.

Colaboraciones con Profesionales Sanitarios y Organizaciones Sanitarias

De conformidad con lo previsto en las normas complementarias del artículo 18.2 del Código de Buenas Prácticas de la Industria Farmacéutica, las compañías farmacéuticas deben proporcionar a la Unidad de Supervisión Deontológica, tan pronto se encuentre disponible, el enlace a la página web donde se encuentren publicadas las Transferencias de Valor realizadas a Profesionales Sanitarios y a Organizaciones Sanitarias.

Esta información deberá publicarse en abierto en la página web de cada compañía farmacéutica, durante el primer semestre de cada año, e incluirá las Transferencias de Valor realizadas en el año anterior.

En el listado mostrado a continuación, se incluyen los enlaces a las páginas web en abierto de cada compañía donde figura esta información.

Esta información deberá publicarse durante el primer semestre de cada año incluyendo las actividades que se hayan realizado en el año anterior.

En el listado mostrado a continuación, únicamente figuran aquellas compañías farmacéuticas que han colaborado con Profesionales Sanitarios y Organizaciones Sanitarias el año anterior.
This information must be published during the first semester of each year including the activities that were carried out the previous year.

The list published below, exclusively includes those companies that have collaborated with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organisations during the previous year.
