Self-Regulation System
Control of compliance with the provisions established in the Spanish Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry pertains to the control bodies of the self-regulation system.
The bodies responsible for ensuring effective application of the Code are the Code of Practice Surveillance Unit (Surveillance Unit), the Code of Practice Committee of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Spain (Code of Practice Committee), and the Jury of the Association for Self-Regulation of Commercial Communications (Jury of Autocontrol).
