Title II - RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTROL BODIES

CHAPTER I – The Code of Practice Committee of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Spain

26. MEETINGS

The Code of Practice Committee will meet, whenever necessary, in an ordinary meeting after a summons from the Secretary, with at least 48 hours notice, indicating the agenda. In special emergency cases, the Code of Practice Committee may meet in an extraordinary session, in which case the notice period indicated above may not apply, but there must be good cause.

The Director of the Code of Practice Surveillance Unit may attend the Code of Practice Committee meetings, having the right to speak but no voting rights.

Minutes of the meeting must be taken and signed by the Secretary of the Code of Practice Committee and the members.

26. REUNIONES

La Comisión se reunirá, todas las veces que sea necesario, en reunión ordinaria, previa convocatoria del Secretario con al menos 48 horas de antelación, señalando el Orden del Día. En caso de especial urgencia, la Comisión puede reunirse en sesión extraordinaria, en cuyo caso el plazo señalado anteriormente puede no observarse, pero deberá motivarse.

A las reuniones de la Comisión podrá asistir el Director de la Unidad de Supervisión Deontológica con voz pero sin voto.

De dichas reuniones se levantará un acta, que deberá ser firmada por el Secretario de la Comisión y los ponentes.
